Uncle Sticky is (apparently) the son of Ephraim Wanker and Peg's Mom and Peggy Bundy's brother, Al Bundy's brother-in-law and uncle of Kelly and Bud Bundy and the adopted uncle of Seven.

Background[]

He is never seen onscreen, but in the Season 9 MWC episode, "Kelly Breaks Out", Sticky is mentioned as the concocter of the zit-removing potion called "Uncle Sticky's Pimple Potion", which may be the answer to Kelly's prayers, although the consequences of Wanker concoctions are also brought up by Al.

When Peg calls from Wanker County, Kelly explains to her that she got a pimple on her forehead and that she desperately needs get rid of it, as she is starring in a commercial for Ice Hole beer. Peg informs her daughter that Uncle Sticky is getting out of prison that day and she could see if he can make some of his "pimple-potion". Kelly asks if that is the reason why he wound up serving hard time, which Peg says is true, but noted that Kelly is desperate for a treatment. Peg then promises to have delivered by Cousin Zemo, who is making a delivery of illegal fireworks to Peoria, Illinois.

When she informs Al about getting the pimple potion, he reminds her that Sticky's face is where the family hangs their keys. He reminds her that nothing ever good came out of Wanker County and gives her some cash to buy some legitimate acne treatment products from a pharmacy instead of using Uncle Sticky's concoction.

Despite desperately trying various treatments, she ignores Al's advice and takes Uncle Sticky's pimple potion. At the Ice Hole commercial shoot, Al is forced to explain to the director that she took potion which led to some unwanted side affects, namely that she's bald and has a goatee. Just as the director is about to end the shoot due to Kelly's look, Marcy D'Arcy and her feminist group F.A.N.G., record the conversation and threaten to sue him and the company for discrimination.

Later, as Al and Bud celebrate the chance of being wealthy from Kelly being in the commercial, she reveals that she was fired because her hair grew back and the goatee disappeared, making her "too sexy" to be in the commercial. Al then tells Bud to call up Uncle Sticky and to make a more potent batch with permanent side affects.
