Peter is the hairdresser and makeup artist for a "Waist-Away" diet shake commercial, in which Kelly was to appear as the spokesperson, in the episode of Married... with Children titled "The Naked and the Dead, But Mostly the Naked" in Season 9. The part of Peter is played by Michael Caldwell.
About Peter
When Kelly lands the job as the TV commercial spokesperson for the product, she runs into Peter, who's the makeup artist; when she asks "Are you the hairdresser?", he answers sarcastically "No. I'm a professional wrestler they've nicknamed "The Hairdresser!"
When Kelly tells him that she is supposed to be peppy for the commercial and that she'd like kind of a "windswept" look, he then sits her in a chair and lightly tussles her hair once, and says "Done!".
