The Neighborhood Watch is an organized group of civilians devoted to crime and vandalism prevention within a neighborhood.[1]
History[]
In the Bundy's and Rhoades' neighborhood it becomes active when a series series of robberies occurs. They decide to meet at the Bundys' house to inform them and discuss what to do about the problem, marching in without warning as their door is unlocked. However, their methods are not very effective (drinking beer to calm down) in stopping the crimes.
When Al accidentally shoots Steve and Marcy's dog Bella, they all attend the funeral to pay their respects.[2] However, this is the last time they are active as the Neighborhood Watch and they do not act again when other crimes occur in their neighborhood following that incident.
