Donna is one of Kelly's friends in the Season 1 episode of Married... with Children, "Where's the Boss?".
She is played by actress Mandy Sherman.

Kelly invites Donna over on the day after Al quit his job. Kelly tells her parents that they will go upstairs and listen to records. Donna notices Al sitting on the couch in his pajamas and asks Kelly if the man on the couch is her father. Kelly tells her no, her father is in prison and the man on the couch is her mother's boyfriend. Donna replies "Oh, cool!" and they go upstairs.
