Wikia MWC - Chicago Wine Party

Al motivating the anti-beer tax movement

The Chicago Wine Party is an event that happened when Al (and family) was against a two cent beer tax. They voted against it, but the vote was lost 10,000 to 25,000. Al gives an empowering speech that inspired fellow working class citizens to riot until the tax was removed. This was a parody of the Boston Tea Party. Al also parodied a quote from George H. W. Bush, "Whoever the President is he better read my lips, don't tax beer."
