Born Before 1900 Day

Born Before 1900 Day was an event at Gary's Shoes that focused on the sale of shoes to women born before January 1st, 1900. Al Bundy being part of it, claiming that he saw feet so winkled that a third foot could be made out of them. This had made Al truly desire death, as he found himself at a new low, his only comfort the fact that he had a high school diploma, when his wife, Peggy, didn't. (MWC: "Peggy Made a Little Lamb")
